Amie Denson

Hi! I’m Amie—Life Enthusiast, Self-Care Advocate, and Encourager.
My mission is to empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and create a balanced, fulfilling life. As a Master Certified Life Coach, I guide people in coming home to themselves—clarifying values, finding their voice, setting boundaries with confidence, and deepening meaningful connections in their lives.
Certified in yoga since 2016, my practice has deepened my sense of self and inspired me to support others in their personal growth.
In 2023, I founded ALIGN Mindful Living—a welcoming space for personal growth, purpose, and connection. I can’t wait to work with you and support your journey to a life aligned with who you truly are. Let’s make it happen!

Brooke Moore

With a decade of experience in the art and practice of yoga, I am passionate about guiding others on their unique yoga journeys.
I received my yoga training through ALIGN Mindful Living and look forward to continuing their vision of promoting wellness and helping others achieve the best version of themselves.
My personal mission is to educate and empower each individual, helping them to discover the transformative power of yoga for the whole-self.
I strive to foster a warm and inclusive community where everyone feels supported and inspired.
With a career as a nurse for 15 years, I take a holistic approach to well-being and an individuals needs. I look forward to embarking on this journey together to find alignment of mind, body, & spirit.

I'm deeply honored to join this amazing community and share the practice of yoga with such wonderful people!
I received my yoga teacher certification in 2019, and my journey has been filled with joy and much growth along the way.
I am thrilled to now share the practice of yoga on a regular basis here at ALIGN.
My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can breathe, move, rest, and grow together. I am dedicated to supporting each student to feel their best, both on and off the mat.

After practicing yoga diligently for many years, I completed my yoga teacher training through ALIGN Mindful Living. That journey was one of the most valuable experiences of my life, and I am humbled to be able to share the knowledge I gained.
I truly believe in the restorative power of a consistent yoga practice. It is an opportunity to use your body to both understand and transform yourself. My deep hope is that you feel welcome, challenged and connected during practice.

Lindsey Morales

Hi, My name is Lindsey!
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness with an emphasis on the connection between mind, body, and breath. My career as a nurse in emergency medicine has given me a deep appreciation for the human body and its incredible ability to heal.
I first fell in love with yoga in college, and in 2022 I traveled to Costa Rica for an immersive yoga teacher training. It was a profound experience, and my desire to learn, practice, and share has never stopped.
In class, my goal is that each student leaves feeling renewed and connected. Guiding yoga practices has always been deeply meaningful to me, and I’m just so happy to be here practicing with you!
