Our Full Moon Flow & Sound Bath is a 75 minute intentional gathering designed to help you move energy, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with clarity through the symbolic energy of the full moon. Guests are guided through an all levels flow, followed by immersive sound therapy, creating space for both physical release and deeper inner renewal. This experience offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, reset, and realign.
